INGREDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 150g chicken breast, sliced
Vegetables
- 🍄 100g king oyster mushroom, sliced
- 🌱 80g snap peas, halved
Seasoning
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp grain mustard
STEPS
Slice king oyster mushroom into thin strips and snap peas into halves. Remove the tendons from snap peas.
Slice chicken breast diagonally into 4 pieces. Season with salt and pepper, then coat with cornstarch.
Mix mirin, soy sauce, and mustard in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 3 minutes until browned on both sides. Add mushrooms and snap peas, stir-fry, then cover and steam on low heat for 2 minutes.
Pour the sauce into the pan and stir-fry over medium heat for 1 minute until glossy.
