INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1 piece (200g) chicken thigh
- 1/2 block (150g) konjac
- Potato starch as needed
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- đź§… 1/2 stalk scallion
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🍶 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon powder
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- đź’§ 3 tbsp water
STEPS
Chop the scallion into coarse pieces. Cut the konjac into bite-sized pieces with crisscross cuts, boil in water for 3 minutes, and drain.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and coat evenly with potato starch.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook until golden brown. Flip and cook until the chicken is fully cooked.
Once the chicken is cooked, add the konjac and the seasoning ingredients. Stir-fry until well combined, then add the scallion and mix thoroughly.
