- 🍗 300g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🌱 1/3 bunch scallion
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🧈 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
STEPS
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces. Place in a bowl and add sake and potato starch. Massage to coat evenly.
Cut the onion into bite-sized pieces and chop the scallion finely.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry until cooked through.
Add the onion to the pan and stir-fry until softened. Mix in mayonnaise and ponzu sauce, then add scallion and stir briefly.
