INGREDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 160g spaghetti (1.6mm)
Protein
- 🍗 150g diced chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🍅 150g cherry tomatoes
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 1 pack pea shoots
Seasoning
- đź§„ 1 tsp grated garlic
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Liquid
- đź’§ 400cc water
Oil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
STEPS
Season the diced chicken thigh with salt and pepper.
Prepare the vegetables: halve half of the cherry tomatoes, trim the shimeji mushrooms, and cut the pea shoots in half.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add chicken and garlic, and sauté until the chicken is browned.
Add shimeji mushrooms to the pan and stir until coated with oil. Then add halved cherry tomatoes, water, and salt. Bring to a boil, add spaghetti (broken in half), stir, cover, and simmer for 3 minutes.
Uncover, add the remaining cherry tomatoes, cover again, and simmer for 4 minutes. Turn off the heat and mix in the pea shoots.
