  • 1/4 pound shredded chicken, cooked

  • 1 medium apple, chopped
  • 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 (1.5 ounces) box raisins
  • 8 slices whole wheat bread
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
