INGREDIENTS
Main
- 🍗 1 piece skinless chicken breast (250g)
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sake
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp grated ginger
- đź§„ 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp mayonnaise
STEPS
Cut the chicken breast in half lengthwise, then slice diagonally into bite-sized pieces using a slanted knife motion.
In a bowl, mix the chicken pieces with the seasoning ingredients (sake, salt and pepper, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and mayonnaise). Add potato starch and flour, then mix well.
Line a toaster tray with aluminum foil and arrange the chicken pieces without overlapping. Toast for about 5 minutes until browned, then flip and toast for another 3–5 minutes until fully cooked.
