INGREDIENTS
Main
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken breast
- 🥒 2 cucumbers, julienned
- 🍅 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 tbsp sake
Dressing
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🌰 2 tbsp ground white sesame
- 1 tbsp white sesame paste
- 1/2 tsp chili paste
STEPS
Julienne the cucumbers and slice the tomato into thin pieces. Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl.
Place the chicken breast in a pot with enough water to cover it and add sake. Heat on medium until boiling, then simmer on low for 3 minutes. Turn off the heat, cover, and let it sit for 30 minutes to cook through residual heat.
Once cooled, shred the chicken breast into small pieces.
Add the shredded chicken and julienned cucumbers to the dressing bowl and mix well.
Arrange the tomato slices on a plate and place the mixed salad in the center.
