INGREDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 150g skinless chicken breast
Vegetables
- 🥬 150g cabbage, chopped
- đź§… 80g green onion, sliced
Seasoning
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp tonkatsu sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
STEPS
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and slice the green onion diagonally into 7mm slices.
Slice the chicken breast diagonally into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper, then coat evenly with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until cooked through. Add the green onion and stir-fry until softened.
Add the cabbage and stir-fry until coated with oil. Mix in the sauce ingredients (sake, soy sauce, tonkatsu sauce, and ginger) and stir until the sauce thickens.
