INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🍗 400g chicken breast
Vegetables
- đź§… 1 onion (minced)
- 🥕 1 carrot (julienned)
- 🥔 2 potatoes (diced)
Seasonings
- 1 box of store-bought curry roux
- đź’§ 600ml water
- 2 tablespoons salad oil
STEPS
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and lightly sprinkle with salt.
Heat salad oil in a pot and sauté onion, carrot, and potatoes.
Add chicken and sauté until the surface turns white.
Add water and bring to a boil. Skim off the foam, cover, and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
Turn off the heat and add the curry roux to dissolve.
Simmer again over low heat for 10 minutes, adjust the flavor, and serve.
