INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 400g of chicken breast
- 🍚 4 servings of cooked rice
Coating and Frying Oil
- 4 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- Adequate amount of frying oil
Seasonings
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons of mirin
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 100ml of dashi stock
STEPS

Cut the chicken into evenly sized pieces.

Coat the chicken with flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs in that order.

Fry the chicken in oil heated to 180°C. About 5-6 minutes.

Heat soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and dashi in a pot to make the sauce.

Pour the sauce over the cooked rice and top with the fried chicken.
