INGREDIENTS

- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Oil
- 1 tsp olive oil
Liquid
- 1 tbsp sake
Sauce
- 2 tbsp Genovese sauce
STEPS
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and place the chicken skin-side down. Cook for 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
Flip the chicken, add sake, cover with a lid, and steam over low heat for 3–4 minutes.
Add Genovese sauce and mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
