INGREDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 200g spaghetti
Meat
- 150g chicken mince
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 king oyster mushroom, sliced
- 🥬 2 cabbage leaves, chopped
- đź§… 4 green onions, chopped
Condiments
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp yuzu kosho
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
STEPS
Slice the king oyster mushroom into thin pieces, chop the cabbage into 2cm squares, and finely chop the green onions.
Boil a pot of water, add salt (1 tbsp), and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Reserve 1 tbsp of pasta water and drain the rest.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add chicken mince, and cook until the color changes. Add the king oyster mushroom and cabbage, and stir-fry until softened.
Add yuzu kosho, soy sauce, and reserved pasta water to the pan. Stir to combine, then add the cooked spaghetti and season with salt and pepper. Mix in the green onions before serving.
