INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🍗 200g ground chicken
Vegetables
- đź§… 1/4 onion, minced (50g)
Dry Ingredients
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
Liquid Ingredients
- 🥛 3 tbsp milk
- Enough salad oil for frying
Seasoning
- đź§‚ A pinch of salt and pepper
Sauce Ingredients
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp black vinegar
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp chicken stock powder
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- đź’§ 100ml water
STEPS
Mince the onion and microwave it in a heatproof container covered with plastic wrap for 1 minute at 600W.
Mix breadcrumbs and milk in a bowl. Add ground chicken, minced onion, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly until sticky. Shape into bite-sized balls and coat with 2 tbsp cornstarch.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 170°C. Fry the meatballs until golden brown and cooked through, about 3–4 minutes.
Combine sauce ingredients in a pan and heat on low until thickened. Add the meatballs and coat evenly.
