INGREDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 200g spaghetti
Meat
- 🍗 150g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 🥕 5cm carrot
Dairy
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🥛 200cc milk
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tsp consomme
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Other
- 🥚 1 egg
- 💧 400cc water
- 🧅 Chopped green onion as needed
STEPS
Slice the chicken thigh diagonally. Thinly slice the green onion diagonally. Cut the carrot into 1cm diagonal slices and then thinly slice.
Mix all the sauce ingredients (miso, milk, consomme, egg, salt, and pepper) in a container.
Boil water in a frying pan and add spaghetti. Cook according to package instructions, adding carrot and chicken thigh 2 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
Once the chicken is cooked, add green onion, butter, and the prepared sauce. Mix well. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
