INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 2 pieces chicken thigh
- 🍄 3 mushrooms
- đź§… 1/4 onion
- 🥕 3 cm carrot
- đź§… 5 cm green onion
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 1 tsp olive oil
Sauce
- 🥛 200 ml milk
- đź§€ 1 slice baby cheese
- đź§‚ 0.7 tsp baby soy sauce
- 300 ml mushroom vegetable stock
- 🥔 2 potatoes
STEPS
Prepare all ingredients. Substitute milk for Kinder Milk if needed.
Peel and boil potatoes for 25 minutes until soft.
Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 30 seconds.
Chop mushrooms, green onion, onion, and carrot into small pieces.
Trim chicken thighs, removing excess fat and bones, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté green onion on low heat.
Add onion and carrot to the pan and continue sautéing.
Add chicken pieces and cook until fully cooked.
Add broccoli and mushrooms to the pan and sauté briefly.
Pour vegetable stock into the pan and bring to a boil.
Mash boiled potatoes in a bowl until smooth.
Add cooked rice to the pan and mix well with the stock and vegetables.
Pour milk and soy sauce into the pan and stir.
Add mashed potatoes and cheese to the pan and mix thoroughly.
Mix everything well and serve the risotto warm.
