- ½ cup panko bread crumbs
- 🧀 ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 🌿 1 tablespoon minced fresh flat-leaf parsley

- 🥚 1 large egg

- 1 tablespoon half-and-half
- 🧀 3 ounces shredded Italian cheese blend

- 6 ounces angel hair pasta
- 1 ½ cups prepared marinara sauce
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a large baking dish.
Combine flour, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a resealable plastic bag. Place chicken tenderloins into the flour mixture, seal the bag, and shake to coat.
Beat egg and half-and-half in a shallow bowl. Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and parsley in a second bowl. Dip floured chicken into egg mixture, let excess drip off, then coat in bread crumb mixture. Let breaded chicken rest for 10 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
Boil water with salt. Cook angel hair pasta for about 5 minutes. Drain.
Assemble dish by pouring marinara sauce, cooked pasta, and chicken into the baking dish. Top with Italian cheese blend.
Bake in the oven until the cheese melts and bubbles, about 10 minutes.
