STEPS
Trim excess fat from chicken thighs and cut into bite-sized pieces. Place chicken and seasonings (ponzu sauce, mayonnaise, ginger, garlic) into a resealable bag, massage well, and let marinate for 10 minutes.
Add flour to the bag and mix well. Heat salad oil in a frying pan to 170°C (340°F), then fry the chicken, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and golden brown.
