INGREDIENTS

- 🍗 1 piece (300g) chicken thigh
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Sesame Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- đź§„ 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🌰 2 tbsp ground white sesame
- đź§‚ Dash of black pepper
STEPS
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the sesame teriyaki sauce.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, place the chicken skin-side down, and cook until browned. Flip and cook on low heat for 5–6 minutes until fully cooked.
Add the sesame teriyaki sauce to the pan, increase to medium heat, and cook while stirring until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat.
