INGREDIENTS

- 🍗 200g chicken skin
Vegetables
- 6 bell peppers
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- pinch of black pepper
STEPS
Cut the chicken skin into bite-sized pieces.
Remove seeds and pith from the bell peppers, then slice them into 1cm wide strips.
Place the chicken skin in a frying pan and cook over medium-low heat until the fat renders out. Wipe away excess fat.
Add the bell peppers to the pan and stir-fry until softened. Add the seasoning ingredients and mix well.
