INGREDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 200g chicken tenderloin, trimmed
Vegetables
- đź§… 1 green onion, sliced diagonally
Nuts
- 🌰 20g almonds, roughly chopped
Seasoning
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp miso
STEPS
Slice the green onion diagonally into 1cm pieces. Roughly chop the almonds.
Cut the chicken tenderloin into bite-sized pieces by slicing diagonally. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, miso) in a bowl until well combined.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the green onion to the pan and stir-fry until softened. Pour in the sauce and stir to coat evenly. Add the almonds and stir briefly.
