INGREDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 200g chicken tenderloin
Vegetables
- đź§… 10cm green onion
- 2 myoga
- 50g wakame
- đź§… 1 tbsp chopped green onion
Seasonings
- 🌰 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Slice the green onion diagonally into 1cm pieces. Cut myoga in half lengthwise and slice thinly. Cut wakame into thin strips.
Remove tendons from the chicken tenderloin and slice diagonally. Rub with sake and potato starch.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry until the color changes, then add the prepared vegetables and stir-fry briefly.
Add the seasoning mixture (sake, sugar, soy sauce) to the pan and stir-fry to combine.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion and white sesame seeds.
