INGREDIENTS

- 🍗 200g chicken tenderloin
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🥪 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- Enough vegetable oil for frying
Coating
- đź§€ 3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 🍞 30g breadcrumbs
STEPS
Season the chicken tenderloin with salt and pepper.
Mix the parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs in a bowl to prepare the coating.
Place the chicken tenderloin and mayonnaise into a plastic bag and massage until coated. Remove and cover with the prepared coating.
Heat about 1cm of vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Fry the coated chicken tenderloin, flipping occasionally, until golden brown on both sides.
