INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1 piece (300g) chicken thigh
- 🥚 4 eggs
- 1 slice ginger
- 5 snow peas
Seasoning
- đź’§ 1 tbsp water
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp sugar
- 100cc ponzu sauce
- đź’§ 300cc water
STEPS
Place the chicken thigh skin-side down and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Remove the strings from the snow peas, cut diagonally, and microwave with water for 20 seconds. Drain and set aside.
Boil the eggs for 6 minutes, cool in water, and peel the shells.
Slice the ginger thinly.
Add all seasoning ingredients to a pot.
Add chicken, boiled eggs, and ginger to the pot. Simmer over medium heat until the sauce reduces by half.
Plate the dish and garnish with snow peas.
