STEPS
Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper. Make a small incision in each shishito pepper.
Skewer chicken thigh pieces and shishito peppers alternately. Coat each skewer in flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
