INGREDIENTS
Chicken
- 🍗 1 piece (300g) chicken thigh
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🥛 2 tbsp unsweetened yogurt
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- đź§„ 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp kasuri methi
STEPS
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl. Add the chicken pieces and coat well. Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the marinated chicken pieces in the pan and cook until browned. Flip, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for 3 minutes. Remove the lid and cook on medium heat, flipping occasionally, until the moisture evaporates.
