- 🍤 15 cocktail shrimp
- 1 bell pepper

- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- đź§… 20g green onion
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 0.5 tbsp black pepper
STEPS
Prepare the cocktail shrimp by cleaning and setting aside.
Mix chili powder, sugar, mirin, vinegar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, ketchup, corn syrup, and black pepper to create the sauce.
Dice the bell pepper and onion into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add green onion and sauté briefly.
Add diced bell pepper and onion to the pan and stir-fry until the onion turns translucent.
Add the shrimp to the pan and stir-fry until fully cooked.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and stir-fry on medium-low heat.
Serve the chili shrimp over a bowl of steamed rice.
