INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 1/2 bag konjac noodles
- 100g thinly sliced pork
- 3 leaves cabbage
- 🥕 2cm carrot
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- đź’§ 150cc water
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
Thickening Agent
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
- đź’§ 1/2 tbsp water
STEPS
Cut cabbage, carrot, and shiitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Remove shiitake stems and slice thinly.
Cut pork into bite-sized pieces.
Boil konjac noodles in a pot for 3 minutes.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and stir-fry konjac noodles for 3 minutes. Add pork and stir-fry over medium heat.
Once the pork changes color, add cabbage, carrot, and shiitake mushrooms. Stir-fry over medium heat for 1 minute.
Add the seasonings (water, salt, pepper, chicken stock) and mix well. Cover and simmer over low heat for 4 minutes.
Add the potato starch mixture and stir until the sauce thickens.
