INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 200g sea bream fillet
Vegetables
- 1 piece ginger
- 🧅 15g green onion
- 🌿 20g cilantro
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 pinch of salt
STEPS
Sprinkle salt on the sea bream and let it sit for 10 minutes. Pat dry with kitchen paper.
Julienne the ginger and green onion. Cut cilantro into 2–3 cm pieces.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sake, soy sauce, and salt) in a bowl.
Place the sea bream on a heatproof plate and pour the sauce over it. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4–5 minutes until cooked.
Top the cooked sea bream with julienned ginger and green onion.
Heat sesame oil in a small pan over medium heat until hot, then pour it over the fish. Garnish with cilantro.
