Fish
- 35g canned tuna in oil
Vegetables

Liquid

Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
STEPS
Place oatmeal and water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
Add canned tuna, chopped green onion, and seasonings (soy sauce, sesame oil, chicken stock powder, salt, and pepper) to the container and mix well. Add the beaten egg and mix lightly. Cover loosely again and microwave at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds.
