INGREDIENTS
Crust
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ⅓ cup white sugar
- ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 🧈 ⅓ cup butter, melted
Cheesecake Filling
- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips, divided
- 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
STEPS
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, cocoa, and melted butter for the crust. Press onto the bottom and sides of a 9-inch springform pan. Set aside.
Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk while beating. Add eggs and vanilla extract, then beat on medium speed until smooth.
Coat 1/3 of the chocolate chips in flour, then mix them into the cheesecake batter.
Pour the cheesecake batter into the crust. Sprinkle the top with the remaining chocolate chips.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Turn the oven off and let the cake cool inside the oven with the door closed for another hour.
Refrigerate until fully chilled before removing the sides of the springform pan. Keep refrigerated until serving.
