INGREDIENTS

  • Bread

    • 🍞 1 (12 count) package Hawaiian rolls
  • Dairy

    • 🧀 4 ounces provolone cheese
  • Meat

    • 4 ounces deli ham
    • 2 ounces salami
    • 2 ounces pepperoni
  • Vegetables

    • 🥬 6 to 8 leaves romaine lettuce
    • 🍅 1 small tomato
    • 🧅 4 slices red onion
    • 1/4 cup banana peppers
  • Condiments

    • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
    • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Spices

    • 🧄 1 clove garlic
    • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Butter

    • 3 tablespoons butter

STEPS

1

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Slice the attached rolls in half horizontally, without detaching.

2

Place butter and garlic in a microwave-safe bowl or measuring cup and microwave until melted, 30 to 45 seconds. Brush garlic butter over tops of rolls and over the cut side of bottom half of rolls, and place on a baking sheet, buttered side up.

3

Bake in the preheated oven until lightly toasted, 6 to 7 minutes.

4

Meanwhile place ham, salami, pepperoni, provolone, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and banana peppers onto a cutting board. Chop the ingredients together until well combined. Add banana pepper brine, olive oil, wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise, and chop and mix them all together until everything is well coated.

5

Spread mixture evenly over the bottom half of rolls and place top half of rolls on top. Cut into 12 slider sandwiches.
