INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 3 leaves of lettuce
- 10cm white part of green onion
Seaweed
- 1 tbsp dried seaweed
Seasoning
- đź§‚ A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Dressing
- đź§„ 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
STEPS
Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the green onion and soak in water, then drain.
Rehydrate the dried seaweed in a bowl with water, then drain.
Cut the pork belly into 4cm pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat, cook the pork belly until crispy on the edges, then let it cool slightly.
Mix the dressing ingredients in a bowl. Add the pork, lettuce, green onion, and seaweed, then toss to combine.
