INGREDIENTS

- 🍗 4 bone-in chicken thighs (1200g)
- đź§‚ Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- đź§„ 1 tsp grated garlic
STEPS
Poke holes in the chicken thighs with a fork and rub with salt and pepper.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, garlic) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down, cover with a lid, and cook for 7 minutes on each side.
Use a paper towel to remove excess oil from the pan.
Add the seasoning mixture to the pan and simmer until the chicken is coated in the sauce.
Plate the chicken and serve hot.
