INGREDIENTS

- 🦪 200g clam meat

Seasonings
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 1.5 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

- Pinch of pepper
STEPS
Chop garlic, onion, and green onion into coarse pieces.
Rinse clam meat in salted water and drain thoroughly.
Heat a pan with vegetable oil and sauté garlic, onion, and green onion.
Add clam meat to the pan and stir-fry until cooked.
Mix soy sauce, rice wine, sugar, cooking wine, and chili powder into the pan and stir-fry.
Season with salt and pepper, turn off the heat, and finish with sesame oil.
