INGREDIENTS
Canned Seafood
- 1 can canned clams in water
Eggs
- 🥚 3 eggs
Vegetables
- 1 bunch mitsuba, chopped
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning

STEPS
Beat the eggs and mix with salt and sugar. Add the canned clams with their juice and chopped mitsuba, then mix lightly.
Heat a frying pan, add sesame oil, and pour in the egg mixture. Spread it evenly and cook over medium-high heat.
Once browned, flip the omelette and cook the other side until fully cooked. Remove from heat, let cool slightly, and cut into portions.
