    • 1 stalk celery, chopped
    • 🧄 3 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger
    • 1/4 cup green onions
  • Canned Goods

    • 🍅 1 (14.5-ounce) can roasted tomatoes
    • 🥥 1 (14-ounce) can coconut milk
