INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 100g smoked salmon
- 🌱 10 green beans
- 🍅 8 cherry tomatoes
- 1 yellow bell pepper (180g)
- 10g gelatin powder
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- black pepper to taste
Seasoning
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 💧 300ml water
Lemon Mayo Sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
STEPS
Sprinkle gelatin powder into water in a bowl and let it bloom.
Cut cherry tomatoes in half lengthwise. Slice yellow bell pepper thinly after removing seeds and pith. Trim the ends of green beans.
Blanch green beans briefly in boiling water and drain.
Mix seasoning ingredients in a pot and warm over low heat. Add the bloomed gelatin and stir until dissolved. Let the mixture cool slightly.
Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap. Layer smoked salmon, green beans, yellow bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes. Pour the gelatin mixture over the layers and let cool. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, and olive oil in a bowl to make the lemon mayo sauce.
Slice the terrine and serve with lemon mayo sauce and a sprinkle of black pepper.
