INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Vegetables
- 🌽 1 ear corn (300g)
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, a small amount
Protein
- 🐟 1 can tuna in oil (70g)
Oil
- 2 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of black pepper
STEPS
Cut the corn in half, place the cut side down, and slice off the kernels using a knife.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the corn for about 2 minutes.
Add the tuna and cooked rice to the pan, breaking them apart. Mix in the seasonings (soy sauce, chicken stock powder, salt, and black pepper) and stir-fry until well combined.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
