INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice (300g)
Cheese
- đź§€ 2 pieces baby cheese (30g), diced
- đź§€ 4 tbsp shredded pizza cheese
Vegetables
- 🌽 4 tbsp frozen corn
Condiments
- đź§‚ 2 tsp soy sauce
STEPS
Dice the baby cheese into 5mm cubes.
In a bowl, mix the cooked rice, frozen corn, diced baby cheese, and soy sauce gently.
Divide the mixture into 4 portions, wrap each in plastic wrap, and shape into firm rice balls.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and place 1/8 of the shredded pizza cheese in 4 spots on the pan.
Once the cheese melts, place a rice ball on each spot and cook until the cheese is golden brown.
Add the remaining shredded pizza cheese in 4 spots around the pan, let it melt, then flip the rice balls onto the melted cheese.
Cook until the second side is golden brown, then remove from the pan and serve.
