INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
Vegetables
- 100g of chopped kimchi
- 🌽 2 tablespoons of sweet corn
- 2 chopped green chili peppers
Cheese / Dairy
- đź§€ 1/2 cup of pizza cheese
Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
- 🍬 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of sesame seeds
STEPS
Prepare all the ingredients.
Rinse the kimchi once and chop it finely. (Optional step)
Chop the green chili peppers finely.
In a pan, stir-fry the chopped kimchi with seasoning ingredients over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat for 2 minutes until the rice grains separate.
Increase to high heat and add the chopped chili peppers. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
Pack the fried rice tightly into a bowl and invert it onto the pan.
Sprinkle pizza cheese and sweet corn around the rice mound.
Cover the pan with a lid and melt the cheese over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Once the cheese is melted, serve the dish immediately.
