INGREDIENTS
Vegetable
- 🌽 1 ear of corn (300g)
Protein
- 🐟 1 can of tuna in water (70g)
Condiments
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tsp toasted white sesame seeds
STEPS
Cut the corn into thirds and remove the kernels from the cob.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the corn kernels, and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the canned tuna and stir-fry for another minute.
Add sake, soy sauce, and mirin to the pan, and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates. Mix in the toasted sesame seeds and stir to combine.
