INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🌽 6 ears of corn
- 🧅 2 tablespoons chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
Condiments and oils
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Wash hands with soap and water.

Cook corn in boiling water or in the microwave.

Cut corn from the cob. Add onion to a large bowl.

In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice and sugar. Add oil and combine well.

Combine the oil/lemon mixture with the bowl of corn and onion, then stir in basil. Add salt and pepper to taste as needed.
