INGREDIENTS

Condiments
- ⅓ cup Russian salad dressing
Bread and grains
- 🍞 8 slices Jewish rye bread
Meat
- 1 pound thinly sliced corned beef
Vegetables
- ½ pound prepared coleslaw

STEPS

Spread 1/4 of the Russian salad dressing onto one side of each of four bread slices.

Top each bread slice with 4 ounces of corned beef.

Add 2 ounces of coleslaw on top of the corned beef.

Place the remaining slices of bread on top to assemble the sandwiches.

Cut each sandwich in half diagonally and serve.
