INGREDIENTS
Bread
- 🍞 1 (1 1/2 to 1 3/4) sourdough loaf or crusty Italian bread, unsliced
Dairy
- 🧈 5 tablespoons butter, melted
- 🧀 1 8-ounce Brie cheese, cut into strips and thin slices
Condiments
- 🍯 2 tablespoons honey
Herbs & Spices
- 🌿 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 🌿 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 🧂 1/8 teaspoon salt
Fruits
- 🍇 1/3 cup dried cranberries
STEPS
Gather all ingredients.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with foil. Cut bread with a serrated knife from the top nearly to the bottom in diagonal 1-inch diamonds (do not cut through).
Combine melted butter, honey, rosemary, thyme, black pepper, and salt in a small bowl.
Gently pull bread open at cuts and evenly drizzle with half of the butter mixture.
Stuff Brie cheese and dried cranberries into the cuts.
Place loaf on prepared baking sheet and drizzle with remaining butter mixture.
Bake until the Brie is melted and the bread is toasty, approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
Serve immediately.
