INGREDIENTS

- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed

- 2 cups cranberry juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

- 2 ham slices, 1-inch thick
STEPS
Wash hands with soap and water.
Combine brown sugar, cornstarch, and allspice in a saucepan.
Gradually add cranberry juice, lemon juice, and raisins. Stir and cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens and boils.
Place one slice of ham in a greased baking dish. Pour half of the sauce over the ham slice. Top with the second ham slice and add the remaining sauce.
Bake covered in a 350°F oven for 45 minutes.
