INGREDIENTS

- 🥖 1/2 baguette
- 🍤 1 cup shrimp
- 🍄 4 button mushrooms
- 🍄 1/3 pack oyster mushrooms
- 🧈 1 tbsp butter
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🥛 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 🧀 1 tbsp parmesan cheese powder
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
STEPS
Slice the baguette into 1 cm thick pieces and lightly toast.
Rinse shrimp in light salted water and drain thoroughly.
Quarter the button mushrooms and shred the oyster mushrooms.
Heat a pan, melt butter, and sauté shrimp with minced garlic for 30 seconds. Add mushrooms and continue to sauté.
Add 1 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of heavy cream to the pan. Simmer until thickened, then season with parmesan cheese powder, salt, and pepper.
Top the toasted baguette slices with the cooked mixture and serve.
