- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9x13-inch cake pan with nonstick spray.
Combine sugar and orange zest by rubbing together with hands until the sugar is light orange.
Beat the eggs in a mixer at medium speed for 1 minute, then add orange sugar incrementally while whipping on medium-high speed for 5 minutes until pale and thick.
Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a small bowl.

Refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Prepare whipped cream by beating heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until medium peaks form. Spread whipped cream evenly over the soaked cake and garnish with orange zest.
