INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into small chunks
- 🥬 2 stalks celery, diced
- 🌱 4 green onions, chopped
Protein
- 🥚 4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
Dressing
- 1 cup creamy salad dressing (such as Miracle Whip®)
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 🍬 1 teaspoon white sugar
