INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 2 packs of nurungji chips
- A small amount of green onion
- 🥕 A small amount of carrot
- 🍄 1 shiitake mushroom
- 1 pack of crab stick
- đź’§ 500 ml of water
- 1.5 tbsp of chicken stock
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp of sesame oil
- A small amount of sesame seeds
STEPS
Prepare the nurungji chips, chopped green onions, julienned carrots, sliced shiitake mushrooms, and shredded crab sticks.
Add the prepared ingredients into a deep pan.
Pour 500 ml of water into the pan.
Season with 1.5 tbsp of chicken stock.
Beat 2 eggs and pour them into the pan.
Cook until the porridge thickens and the ingredients are well combined.
Serve the porridge in a bowl, drizzle with 1 tbsp of sesame oil, and sprinkle sesame seeds.
