INGREDIENTS
Base
- 4 (8 inch) flour tortillas
Spread
- ½ cup PHILADELPHIA Spicy Jalapeno Cream Cheese Spread
Protein
- 1 (11.5 ounce) package OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Sweet & Spicy Pulled Pork
Vegetables
- 🌽 ½ cup frozen corn, thawed
- ½ cup chopped red pepper
Condiments
- ½ cup tomatillo salsa
STEPS

Spread tortillas evenly with cream cheese; top half of each tortilla with remaining ingredients. Fold tortillas in half.

Heat a large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Add 1 quesadilla; cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until golden brown on both sides, turning after 2 to 3 minutes.

Repeat with remaining quesadilla. Cut into wedges and serve with salsa.
